Baked salmon

Ingredients:
– 3,5 kg whole salmon (gutted)
– olive oil for oiling
– 1 small onion
– 4 bay leaves
– 20 g of dry dill
– 6 tablespoons of dry white wine
– salt and pepper to taste
To serve:
– green of dill, fresh cucumbers

How to bake whole salmon in the oven with foil? Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 150oC.
Place portions of washed and dried salmon on a baking tray, laid with a piece of aluminium foil. Peel onions and chop them into small pieces. Place chopped onions, a bay leaf and half the dill into a belly of the salmon, season fish with salt and black pepper, wrap salmon in a piece of foil. Bake salmon in the oven during 2 hours. Then take it out, unwrap and let it cool.

Remove skin, fins and head from the cool salmon; put the filet on a plate. Serve with slices of avocado or fresh cucumbers, having sprinkled it with fresh dill.
