Marinated mackerel

Ingredients:
– 3 tablespoons of oil
– 4 small whole mackerels
For marinade:
– 1 big red chili pepper
– 1 clove of garlic
– a piece of ginger root
– 1 teaspoon of Thai fish sauce
– salt to taste
– 2 teaspoons of honey
– 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
– dry peel and juice of 2 oranges

How to cook mackerel in orange marinade? Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 200oС.
To start with, prepare orange marinade: mix chili pepper finely chopped, a clove of garlic pressed through, finely grated ginger route, salt to taste, honey, dried orange peel and juice, sesame oil, fish sauce.
Gut mackerel, wash, dry slightly, make transverse incisions along entire length of the fish, and season the trunk abundantly with the prepared orange marinade. Season the fish also from inside.
Oil a baking tray or a baking form and place the fish on/in it. Pour some marinade on the baking tray and put it into the oven for 25 minutes (it may be less, depending on your oven).
